BlueVoyant Aids Enterprise Adoption of Microsoft's Integrated Security Operations Center
BlueVoyant has launched its Microsoft Defender XDR ISOC Deployment Service to help enterprises adopt Microsoft's Integrated Security Operations Center (ISOC). The new solution is designed to bridge the gap between security technology and what customers can actually put to work, according to Micah Heaton, Executive Director of Microsoft Product and Innovation Strategy at BlueVoyant.
The ISOC in Microsoft Defender brings together security information and event management (SIEM) and extended detection and response (XDR) in the Defender portal. This shared foundation of signals, context, and controls will enable security teams and AI agents to work more effectively. The economics also come into play as cost pressure should not decide which evidence an analyst gets to see.
The new service is built on BlueVoyant's expertise as a premier Microsoft Security partner. It expands the company's solution to cover the full scope of ISOC readiness, from deployment and configuration to walkthroughs of custom detections, workbooks, automation, and user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA). The service also includes use-case engineering to develop and refine detection rules, workbooks, and automations.
Naseem Tuffaha, Corporate Vice President of Customer Value Creation at Microsoft, said that ISOC in Microsoft Defender represents an important evolution in how organizations defend against modern threats. BlueVoyant's role is critical in helping customers bring these capabilities together and operationalize them in their environments.
