Boeing and Turkish Airlines Seal Historic Deal for Up to 150 737 MAX Jets

Turkish Airlines has finalized a massive order for up to 150 Boeing 737 MAX airplanes, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion strategy.

The deal, which was initiated in 2025, represents the airline's largest single-aisle order with Boeing and secures a firm order for 100 737-8 airplanes along with options for an additional 50 737 MAX jets.

The agreement underscores the strategic national importance of the deal, with Turkish Airlines' officials finalizing it in the presence of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The new fleet will directly support the airline's growth and modernization efforts, particularly across its extensive international and domestic network.
