Boeing Bolsters Liquidity with Expanded Credit Facilities

Instruments
BA JPM
Share

Boeing has taken steps to bolster its liquidity by expanding and extending credit facilities. The company entered into a new 364-day credit agreement on August 24, 2026, with Citibank as administrative agent and JPMorgan Chase as syndication agent.

The agreement provides Boeing with additional short-term liquidity resources. On the same date, Boeing executed Amendment No. 1 to two existing five-year credit agreements, originally dated May 15, 2024, and August 24, 2023.

These transactions aim to maintain and extend access to committed financing, which is significant for Boeing's balance sheet flexibility and ongoing funding requirements. The company relies heavily on access to large syndicated credit facilities to support its capital-intensive operations and liquidity needs.
