Boeing CBTA Learning Library Lands at California Aeronautical University
California Aeronautical University (CAU) has become the first U.S. flight school to implement the Boeing Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) Learning Library.
The library, provided by Boeing, aims to enhance pilot training by focusing on key competencies such as decision-making, communication, leadership, situational awareness, workload management, and threat and error management.
CAU President Matt Johnston stated, 'We're committed to providing students with an education that prepares them for long-term success in aviation.'
The CBTA Learning Library is integrated alongside existing flight and academic training at CAU, helping students understand the competencies necessary for safe and effective operations throughout their careers.
