Donald Prepares European Ryder Cup Squad with Adare Manor Familiarisation Trip

European Ryder Cup captain Luke Donald is set to host a 'familiarisation trip' at Adare Manor in County Limerick, Ireland. The event will take place next month and will feature 16 European players who are preparing for the 2027 Ryder Cup.

The trip will serve as both an introduction for those players who have not played Adare Manor before, and a refresher course for those who have previously played there. Donald's team has chosen to hold this gathering at the same time next year as the actual Ryder Cup, which is expected to be held in September 2027.

The event will take place after the Amgen Irish Open, with players attending from that tournament heading straight to Wentworth for the BMW PGA Championship. Donald's vice captains Edoardo and Francesco Molinari, and Irishman Padraig Harrington, will also be present at Adare Manor.
