Boeing Employee Watches Son Fly KC-46 Aircraft Delivery

Eric Thorley, a 20-year Boeing employee and Cybersecurity Lead, witnessed a proud moment when his son, Lt. Zachary Thorley, flew one of their company's KC-46 aircraft in a delivery ceremony.

The KC-46A Pegasus is the world's most advanced multi-mission aerial refueling aircraft, capable of carrying up to 212,000 pounds of fuel and supporting various missions worldwide.

Eric Thorley expressed his gratitude towards Boeing for delivering the aircraft to his son's squadron, saying 'Thank you everybody in Boeing for delivering this to my son. This really matters.'

Lt. Zachary Thorley also shared his appreciation for the KC-46 program, stating, 'I just wanted to say thank you for your dedication, your expertise, your sacrifice, and your work every day to deliver this aircraft so that I can use it to defend our country.'
