Boeing Engineers Face Contract Vote with 10% Wage Increase Offer
Boeing's contract offer for its engineers and technical workers is up for vote. The Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA) has recommended that its members accept the four-year deal.
The Bargaining Unit Councils for SPEEA's Professional and Technical units voted by a 60% supermajority to recommend approval of the contract offer.
The agreement includes a guaranteed 10% wage increase this year, followed by 4% in 2023, and a 6% annual wage pool from 2028 through 2030.
