Boeing Engineers Union Rejects Contract Offer

Boeing and the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA) will resume contract negotiations on September 8, following a rejection of Boeing's four-year offer by SPEEA members.

The talks ended after SPEEA members voted down Boeing's proposal on August 21. The union has stated that its top priority is securing higher general wage increases from Boeing in the next offer.

Boeing spokesperson said, 'We look forward to taking in SPEEA's feedback and reaching a resolution that works for our employees and keeps our company and team competitive for years to come.'
