Boeing Engineers Weigh Four-Year Contract Offer

Boeing's contract offer is set to go before its engineers and technical workers for a vote. The company's four-year deal includes a guaranteed wage increase of 10% this year, followed by 4% in 2027 and a 6% annual pool from 2028 through 2030.

The Bargaining Unit Councils for the Professional and Technical units both recommended acceptance of the contract offer. However, they also cautioned members to carefully consider both the advantages and limitations of the agreement.

Union members have until October 1 to approve or reject the new contract, with the current one set to expire on October 6.
