Boeing Holds Up Ukraine's Plans for Local Patriot Component Production

Ukraine's defense industry is seeking to manufacture components for the Patriot air-defense system, but the process is being held up by corporate decisions. Valeriy Borovyk, founder of First Contact, explains that the license lies in the hands of the manufacturers, not the US government.
