Boeing delivered 53 jets in July, marking a 17% drop from June when it handed over 64 aircraft. The U.S. planemaker trailed European rival Airbus, which delivered 67 planes that same month.
Despite the decline, Boeing still managed to book 30 new orders after adjusting for cancellations in July. These include a few orders announced during the subdued Farnborough Airshow.
