Boeing Lands $131 Billion Deal to Support F-15 Fleet
The US Department of War has awarded Boeing a massive contract worth $131.23 billion to support the F-15 Eagle Crest program, which oversees the US F-15 fighter aircraft fleet.
The contract covers various aspects, including aircraft production, systems integration, upgrades, and sustainment, as well as new organic depot-level maintenance to keep F-15 aircraft mission-ready for the US Air Force, Air National Guard, and other Department of Defence customers.
The work will be carried out in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to continue through August 2037. The contract's ordering period runs through August 24, 2031, with an option to extend the period through August 24, 2036.
