Boeing Lands $31.5M Contract for P-8A Sustainment Support
Boeing has secured a $31.5 million contract to provide sustainment support for the P-8A aircraft platform, which is used by the U.S. Navy and several allied governments.
The modification exercises options for various services including platform sustainment support, support equipment maintenance, engineering investigations, and integrated maintenance augmentation support.
The work will be performed across multiple locations in the United States and internationally, with 25% of the contract value allocated to Jacksonville, Florida, and 15% to Whidbey Island, Washington.
The contract is expected to be completed by September 2027, with the Navy obligating $8.6 million in fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement funds and $8.9 million in fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
