Boeing Logs Farnborough Orders and Deliveries Amid Easing Delivery Bottlenecks

Boeing recently announced several orders and deliveries at the Farnborough Airshow in July. Among the orders were commitments from Uganda National Airlines, AerCap, and Luxair, with a lone unannounced order for a 777X added to the tally. This marks an easing of bottlenecks that had previously hindered delivery rates.

The 10 Boeing 787 deliveries logged in July reflect this improvement. Interiors certification issues had been contributing to delays, but it appears that these have largely been resolved.

Boeing's order and delivery numbers for Farnborough are now at 367 through July, with the company continuing to log orders and fulfill deliveries throughout the year.
