Ryan L. Shedd, a 41-year-old veteran of Ernst & Young LLP, joins Boeing as Senior Vice President, Finance in September 2026. He will assume his new role on the first business day after Boeing files its post-2026 Form 10-K filing, which is expected to happen after that date.

Shedd brings nearly two decades of experience from Ernst & Young LLP, where he has been an Assurance Partner since July 2021. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Controller at Boeing since March 2023.
