Boeing Offers SPEEA Members 28.5% Wage Increase Over Four Years
Boeing has offered its professional aerospace union workers a significant wage increase in the next four-year contract. The proposed deal includes a general 3% pay raise upon ratification, retroactive to February 20, 2026, followed by a 7% increase to salary pools in March 2027.
Additionally, SPEEA members would see a 5.5% annual increase through 2030. Factoring in performance bonuses and promotions, the total compounded salary increase could reach 31.9% over the life of the agreement.
The deal also addresses concerns about Boeing moving work outside of Washington and fear of retaliation for raising safety concerns. The company has agreed to a letter of understanding signaling its commitment to the Pacific Northwest and will establish a committee with union representatives to address workplace issues, including safety concerns.
