Boeing Ordered to Hand Over Financial Records in NASA IP Dispute

Boeing Co. Inc. has been asked by Wilson Aerospace LLC to turn over financial records and other documents in relation to their dispute over technology used in NASA's moon program.

The request, made in a Washington federal court, seeks information that is relevant to the dispute between the two companies.

Wilson Aerospace claims that Boeing has information about its involvement with technology used in NASA's Artemis program and is seeking financial records from Boeing as part of their discovery process.
