Boeing Partners with CRPF to Empower Divyangs Through Para Sports
The National Divyang Empowerment Centre (NCDE) at Group Centre, CRPF, Jawahar Nagar in Secunderabad, Telangana is set to become a para-sports and games hub thanks to its partnership with Boeing. The NCDE was established in 2020 to support the Divyangs of the Force who are being trained in archery and shooting.
The athletes have been delivering impressive performances at state, national, and international tournaments, securing top medal tallies. Recognizing their determination, Boeing India has joined hands with the centre to provide sporting equipment, sports medicine, global-level coaches, nutritionists, and other support services.
Boeing's Corporate Social Responsibility initiative will be implemented by its CSR partner Sahyog Care for You. The partnership aims to enable CRPF Divyangs to participate competitively on the world stage and bring international glory to the nation.
