Boeing Resumes F-15EX Production After 105-Day Strike
A 105-day labor strike at Boeing's St. Louis facilities has come to an end after workers ratified a new five-year contract on November 13.
The agreement includes general wage increases and a ratification bonus, but it does not include a 401(k) match that was previously requested by the union.
The strike began on August 4, 2025, involving over 3,200 IAM District 837 workers at Boeing sites in St. Louis, St. Charles, and Mascoutah, Missouri, and Illinois.
With operations resuming immediately after ratification, Boeing is now accelerating output to meet defense delivery schedules, while labor relations remain under observation until the new contract expires in 2030.
