Boeing Stock Dives as Whistleblower Documentary Adds Pressure

Boeing's stock has dropped by 4.7% over eight days amidst increased scrutiny and safety investigations.

A new whistleblower documentary, 'Freefall: A Reckoning for Boeing', was released on Wednesday, highlighting previous accusations and Boeing's approach to safety.

The company maintains that several claims are incorrect or have already been resolved, but the film's release has added pressure on the firm.

Boeing delivered 53 commercial jets in July, a five-aircraft increase from last year, but still lagged behind Airbus, which reported 67 deliveries and surpassed Boeing by 14 aircraft.
