Boeing, US Space Force Train Future Leaders in Virtual Warfare Center

The US Space Force and Boeing teamed up to develop future leaders through hands-on training in space operations. The USSF Azimuth program, which takes place at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado, brought together cadets from various service academies and military programs for three-weeks of immersive training.

Cadets were divided into 'Blue' and 'Red' teams and tasked with planning and executing space missions in a simulated environment. The training scenario was designed to test their decision-making skills, teamwork, and ability to adapt to changing conditions. Each mission was scored based on the team's performance, creating a competitive environment.

Boeing's Virtual Warfare Center (VWC) hosted three simulation events for the program, providing cadets with a realistic experience of space operations. The partnership between Boeing and the USSF aims to prepare the next generation of decision-makers and leaders in space operations.
