Boeing Veterans Boost McGuireWoods' Seattle Office
McGuireWoods has strengthened its Seattle office by adding two experienced lawyers who have spent decades handling complex aviation and product liability matters. Allison Kendrick, former chief counsel for products liability at Boeing, joins as counsel, while David Lassen, senior counsel for products liability at Boeing, joins as a partner.
The duo previously worked together at Boeing and in private practice. Their arrival builds on the firm's February 2026 launch of its Seattle office, which initially had nine partners but now has 16 lawyers, including 10 partners, five associates, and one counsel.
Kendrick oversaw aviation product liability litigation across Boeing's commercial airplanes and defense, space, and security businesses. She also provided product liability counseling and advised on civil, military, and criminal accident investigations.
Lassen has extensive experience handling aviation and product liability disputes, co-managing product liability litigation involving Boeing's civil and military programs.
