Boeing Wins $156.2 Million Navy Contract for P-8A Engine Support
A $156.2 million contract has been awarded to Boeing by the U.S. Navy for engine support equipment for the P-8A Poseidon and C-40A Clipper aircraft.
The award, which is structured as a firm-fixed-price economic-price-adjustment indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, covers up to 31 P-8A Engine Build-Up kits and two Quick Engine Change kits for the C-40A.
The kits will be used to support engine integration requirements for both U.S. Navy aircraft and Foreign Military Sales customers.
