Boeing Worker Drops Class Action Amid Arbitration Pact
A proposed class action against Boeing has been voluntarily dismissed by a Washington state worker after an arbitration pact was revealed.
The suit, filed by a Boeing employee, alleged that the aerospace giant failed to include bonuses and other incentive pay in overtime and sick leave calculations. However, following the discovery of an arbitration agreement between the parties, the employee decided to drop the lawsuit.
