Boeing Workers Approve Contract, Avoid Strike Over Pay Raises
Boeing has avoided a strike after its white-collar union members approved a revised four-year contract offer. The Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA) confirmed that both bargaining units accepted the deal on Thursday, October 2, 2026.
The agreement includes a guaranteed 10% pay increase at ratification, as well as annual raises and performance-based bonuses. This comes after concerns about a potential work stoppage that could have delayed jetliner deliveries.
