Boeing Workers Vote on New Contract with Guaranteed Wage Increases

Boeing engineers and technical workers are set to vote on a new four-year contract proposal from the company. The union's leadership has largely recommended that members accept the deal, which includes a guaranteed 10% wage increase this year and a 4% increase next year.

The Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA) represents about 16,000 Boeing workers who are eligible to vote on the contract. The proposal was sent by Boeing on September 11, and union members have until October 1 to approve or reject it.
