Boeing's Defense Revenue Rises, but Apache Contracts Post Loss

Boeing's defense segment has seen a 13% increase in revenue to $7.48 billion in the last quarter, but posted an operating loss of $15 million.

The Apache contracts account for approximately $7.43 billion, representing 8.7% of Boeing's defense order backlog and 1% of its overall $715 billion record backlog.

Two major confirmed Apache contracts are a $2.728 billion support contract from December and a production contract close to $4.7 billion issued in November.
