BofA Finance Unveils Auto-Callable Notes Linked to Apple, Meta, and NVIDIA Stocks
BofA Finance LLC has launched auto-callable notes tied to Apple Inc. and two other tech giants, Meta Platforms, Inc., and NVIDIA Corporation.
The securities, which mature on October 5, 2029, offer a contingent coupon rate of at least 16.05% annually if the lowest performing stock among the three closes at or above its Starting Price (Coupon Barrier) on any monthly Calculation Day.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Bank of America Corporation, but investors should be aware that payments depend on the creditworthiness of BofA Finance as issuer and Bank of America Corporation as guarantor.
If not called, investors risk losing over 40% of their principal if the lowest performing stock's Ending Price is below 60% of its Starting Price on the Final Calculation Day. The initial estimated value ranges from $925.00 to $975.00 per Security, which is below the public offering price.
