A major new industrial and logistics development is planned for Northampton's Brackmills area. The £340 million project, dubbed Brackmills Logistics Park, aims to transform a former Coca-Cola bottling site into up to 1.26 million sq ft of modern employment space.

The development, led by Royal London Asset Management Property and Graftongate, includes plans for up to 118,500 sq m of industrial and logistics floorspace. The project will regenerate a brownfield site that has been vacant since Coca-Cola closed its bottling facility in 2023.

The development team estimates that the construction phase could generate around £132.7 million for the local economy, with the completed development contributing approximately £51.6 million annually once operational. The project is also expected to support more than 1,200 net additional full-time equivalent jobs in West Northamptonshire.
