Brady Corporation Becomes Industrial Tech Leader with Honeywell Acquisition
Brady Corporation has completed its acquisition of Honeywell's Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business for $1.4 billion in cash. The deal makes Brady a leading industrial technology company with a comprehensive portfolio of identification, safety, and productivity solutions.
The PSS business generated approximately $1.1 billion in sales last year and is expected to contribute around $0.80 to Brady's adjusted diluted earnings per share within the first year after the transaction closes.
Brady President and CEO Vineet Nargolwala said the combination of the two companies creates an industrial technology leader with capabilities across identification, safety, connectivity, and intelligent workflow solutions. He added that while the deal expands Brady's scale and capabilities, its approach and objectives remain the same: producing trusted products and services, consistent operational execution, disciplined capital allocation, and creating value for teams, customers, and shareholders.
