Brady Corporation Sees Record Revenue, EPS Growth Amid Acquisition-Fueled Shift
Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC) reported a record fourth-quarter and full-year fiscal 2026 revenue, driven by strong organic growth and the recent acquisition of Honeywell's Productivity Solutions Services (PSS) business.
The company's adjusted diluted earnings per share rose 17.5% to $1.48 in Q4FY26, up from $1.26 a year earlier. Total sales grew 10% year-over-year to reach record levels for the quarter.
The acquisition of Honeywell's PSS business marks a strategic pivot from a traditional industrial model to an industrial technology focus. The acquired unit is now branded as Intelligent Productivity Solutions (IPS), and Brady's legacy operations are referred to as Identification Solutions (IDS).
