Brady Snaps Up Honeywell's Productivity Solutions Business
Brady Corporation has completed its acquisition of Honeywell Technologies' Productivity Solutions and Services business for $1.4 billion, expanding its offerings in identification, safety, and productivity solutions.
The deal, which was announced earlier, gives Brady access to the $9 billion productivity solutions market, increasing its addressable market and providing opportunities for growth through automation, digitization, and asset tracking.
With the acquisition, Brady now has a comprehensive technology portfolio that includes mobile computing, barcode scanning, RFID, and workflow software, complementing its existing leadership in printers and specialty adhesive materials portfolios.
The combined company is expected to be immediately accretive to Adjusted Diluted Earnings per Share, with strong cash generation supporting deleveraging. Brady aims to achieve a minimum of $25 million in annual run-rate cost synergies within three years through improved operational efficiency.
