Broadridge Adds Salesforce Vet to Board Ahead of Annual Meeting
Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc (NYSE:BR) has announced the nomination of Srinivas D. Tallapragada for election to its Board of Directors at the upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting.
Tallapragada currently serves as Special Advisor to the CEO of Salesforce, Inc., a position he has held since joining the company in 2012. He previously held various leadership roles within Salesforce, including President, Chief Engineering and Customer Success Officer from February 2025 to August 2026.
Broadridge's Chairperson, Eileen Murray, expressed excitement about Tallapragada's appointment, stating that he will bring his deep enterprise technology expertise and customer-focused perspective to the Board. Murray also thanked Amit Zavery for his seven years of service as a Broadridge Director, who is stepping down following the meeting.
Tallapragada has extensive experience in senior engineering and product leadership roles at SAP Labs Inc. and Oracle Corporation prior to joining Salesforce. He currently serves on the board of directors of GoDaddy Inc.
