Broadridge Nominates Salesforce Vet Srinivas Tallapragada to Board

Broadridge Financial Solutions has nominated Srinivas D. Tallapragada to its Board of Directors ahead of its upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting.

Tallapragada, who currently serves as Special Advisor to the CEO of Salesforce, Inc., will bring his deep expertise in enterprise technology and customer-focused perspective to the board.

The company also announced that Amit Zavery will be stepping down from the Broadridge Board of Directors after more than seven years of service, following the same meeting.
