Michael Burry, known for his role in 'The Big Short,' has increased his short positions in several high-profile stocks. He added to his Nvidia (NVDA) puts, with contracts extending into 2027, and also increased his Palantir (PLTR) and Oracle (ORCL) shorts.

Burry's Nvidia short position includes puts expiring in December 2026 and June 2027, with strikes in the low $100s. He also added to his Caterpillar (CAT) short at $844, saying 'data center plans are already aging.'

On Palantir, Burry increased his short positions, including puts expiring in March 2027 and December 2026, with strikes in the low $100s.

Burry drew a comparison between today's market and 2005, right before the housing crash. He noted that Goldman Sachs was holding a $3-billion complex mortgage investment at the time, which looked like it could collapse soon after Burry made his famous short bet.
