Business Central Automates Fulfillment with Insight Works' Dynamic Ship

Microsoft has integrated its Sales Order Agent to automate order entry in Business Central, but it's not enough. The fulfillment side of the process still requires manual intervention, until now.

Insight Works' Dynamic Ship application automates the fulfillment side by generating shipping documents directly from accurate Business Central data. This eliminates the need for manual creation of shipping documents, customs forms, and shipment tracking.

Dynamic Ship supports over 400 parcel, LTL, and FTL carriers through multiple freight integration partners. It also provides real-time rate comparisons at the sales order level, address validation to prevent failed deliveries and surcharges, and branded tracking pages for post-purchase communication.

The application is available on the Microsoft Marketplace and licensed per physical shipping location, with per-user licensing only for Business Central itself.
