Campbell's, a leading food company, has extended the maturity of its $1.85 billion credit facility to April 16, 2031, from April 16, 2030.

The agreement amendment was effective on September 16, 2026, and JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as the administrative agent alongside a syndicate of lenders.

All other terms of the credit facility remain unchanged, ensuring Campbell's continued access to revolving liquidity for general corporate purposes.
