Cantor Fitzgerald has reiterated its Overweight rating on Archer Aviation Inc. (NYSE:ACHR) following the company's announcement of its major acquisition deal with Boeing subsidiaries Wisk Aero, Insitu, and SkyGrid.

The stock surged nearly 18% over the past week to $6.63, but InvestingPro analysis indicates that the company appears slightly overvalued at current levels.

Archer Aviation announced on Monday that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Boeing subsidiaries Wisk Aero, Insitu, and SkyGrid for an undisclosed amount. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2026, and the company's management views the acquisition as a key step in its transformation into a diversified aerospace and defense platform.

Analysts from Needham and H.C. Wainwright have also reiterated their Buy ratings on Archer Aviation, with price targets set at $9.00 and $18.00, respectively.
