Carrier Incentives Offset Higher iPhone Prices, BofA Says

BofA analyst Wamsi Mohan believes that higher carrier incentives will offset the increased prices of Apple's latest iPhone models, supporting demand for the devices.

According to Mohan, the increase in carrier promotions roughly matches the $100 price hike on Apple's Pro models. For example, T-Mobile is offering up to $1,200 off the iPhone 18 Pro with a trade-in for new and existing customers on its Experience Beyond plan.

This means that consumers will not bear the full brunt of the higher prices, which start at $1,199 for the iPhone 18 Pro and $1,299 for the 256GB iPhone 18 Pro Max. Mohan reiterated a 'Buy' rating and a $370 price target on Apple shares.

T-Mobile and AT&T are among the carriers offering increased trade-in credits to offset the higher prices of Apple's latest iPhones.
