Cascade AI Joins Microsoft's Pegasus Program
Cascade AI has been selected for Microsoft's Pegasus Program, one of approximately 120 startups chosen from over 10,000. This partnership marks a significant milestone in Cascade's growing relationship with Microsoft and creates new opportunities to deliver value to enterprise customers.
The selection follows Cascade's strongest quarter of growth to date and the launch of its AI-native IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, which extends employee support beyond HR into IT operations. The platform provides employees with a single destination for HR and IT support, converts resolved tickets into governed knowledge articles, and integrates with existing IT tools.
Cascade has also announced that its Agent is now available in Microsoft Teams, giving employees immediate access to IT and HR support within the environment they already use every day. Through Cascade's integration with Microsoft Copilot, organizations can extend governed, context-aware support across the Microsoft ecosystem.
