Caterpillar Acquires Fabick Tractor Company to Enhance Customer Support

Caterpillar Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, has entered into an agreement to acquire John Fabick Tractor Company (Fabick), a long-standing Cat dealer with over a century of trusted service.

The acquisition will support a seamless transition of Fabick ownership while maintaining strong local support for customers in portions of Missouri, Illinois, the entire state of Wisconsin, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Caterpillar Chairman and CEO Joe Creed stated that the company shares a common mission with Cat dealers to solve customers' toughest challenges.
