Caterpillar Acquires Missouri-Based Fabick Cat

Caterpillar, Inc., a leading heavy-equipment manufacturer, has announced its acquisition of Fabick Cat, a family-run company based in Fenton, Missouri. The deal will expand Caterpillar's direct presence in the St. Louis region and maintain local service and customer support.

The agreement requires approval by regulatory authorities and is subject to customary closing conditions. Once completed, the sale is expected to close within 30 days.

Joe Creed, Caterpillar Chairman and CEO, stated that the company shares a common mission with Cat dealers to solve customers' toughest challenges. He expressed excitement about continuing to work with the Fabick team to build on their century-long success.
