CCEP Completes €1 Billion Share Buyback Programme

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has made share buybacks under its €1 billion programme announced in February. The company repurchased 210,000 ordinary shares on US trading venues and 84,868 ordinary shares on London trading venues between August 3-7.

The purchases were made from Goldman Sachs entities at disclosed daily highest, lowest, and volume-weighted average prices in USD and GBP. CCEP expects to cancel all repurchased shares, including CREST Depositary Interests acquired in London.
