CCEP Completes Latest Round of Share Buybacks, Repurchasing 342,196 Shares
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has disclosed its latest round of share buybacks, confirming that between September 21 and 25 it purchased a total of 342,196 ordinary shares. The company's share buyback program aims to repurchase up to EUR 1 billion in ordinary shares.
The transactions were conducted on both US and London trading venues, with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International or one of their affiliates acting as the sellers. The highest price paid per share was USD 102.7900 on September 22, while the lowest price paid was USD 99.0200 on September 23.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled, and CCEP's share buyback program is part of its efforts to return value to shareholders. The company has a strong presence in the consumer goods industry, serving nearly 600 million consumers across 31 countries.
