CCEP Completes Latest Share Repurchase, Cancels 397,500 Shares
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has completed its latest share repurchase program, acquiring 397,500 ordinary shares across US and London markets between September 14th and 18th, 2026. This move is part of the company's ongoing EUR 1 billion share buyback program launched in February 2026.
The transactions were facilitated by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International, or their affiliates, which acted as executing brokers for all transactions during the week. On London venues, Goldman Sachs acquired CREST Depositary Interests, which will be cancelled along with the underlying ordinary shares.
CCEP's global presence and multi-exchange listings support its robust buyback capacity, enabling a program of this size. The company is one of the world's leading consumer goods companies, producing, distributing, and selling beverages in 31 countries and serving nearly 600 million consumers.
