CCEP Continues EUR 1B Share Buyback Programme
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (NASDAQ: CCEP) has continued its share buyback programme, repurchasing shares worth up to EUR 1 billion. Between September 14 and 18, 2026, the company purchased 305,000 ordinary shares on US trading venues and 92,500 ordinary shares on London trading venues from Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or their affiliates. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
The share buyback programme is designed to reduce the number of shares available in the market, which can boost earnings per share for remaining investors. It also signals management's confidence in the company's stock performance. CCEP has already made significant purchases under this programme, with a total size of up to EUR 1 billion.
The highest price paid on US venues was USD 105.1900, while the lowest price was USD 99.3700. On London venues, the highest price reached GBP 78.0500 and the lowest was GBP 74.4500. The volume weighted average prices were also disclosed for each day.
