Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has been actively repurchasing its own shares as part of its EUR 1 billion share buyback program announced on February 17, 2026.

The company disclosed that between August 31 and September 4, it purchased a total of 200,000 ordinary shares on US trading venues and 58,500 ordinary shares on London trading venues from Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or its affiliates at varying prices ranging from USD 105.60 to USD 109.27.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled, as per the company's policy. The share buyback program aims to reduce the outstanding number of shares and potentially boost shareholder value.
