CCEP Executives Acquire Shares Through Various Plans in July

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (NASDAQ: CCEP) has released details of July insider share awards and voting rights.

According to a filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, several executives at the company acquired shares in July through various plans. Juan de Rueda Gamboa, Chief Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability Officer, acquired 4.81097 Ordinary Shares on July 13 for $106.56650 each.

Ana Callol, General Manager of the Iberian Business Unit, also purchased 4.81097 shares on the same day at the same price. José Antonio Echeverría, General Manager of France and Northern Europe, acquired the same number of shares on July 13 at $106.56650 each.

In another filing, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners reported that Edward Walker, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 3.474300 Ordinary Shares through the UK Share Plan on July 20 for $57.276514 per share. His wife, Svetlana Walker, also purchased 3.474300 shares at the same price and date.

Stephen Lusk was not involved in any reported transactions during this period.
