CCEP Shakes Up Leadership in Australia Amid Transformation
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Australia (CCEP) has announced that Orlando Rodriguez will leave the business in early 2027, marking a significant leadership change. Effective January 18, 2027, Miles Karemacher will take over as Managing Director, Australia, bringing with him extensive experience from across the Coca-Cola system and consumer goods industry.
Rodriguez joined CCEP in 2019 and led the Australian business through a period of transformation and sustained growth. During his tenure, he helped build strong growth enablers and drove continuous improvement.
CCEP's General Manager, APS Business Unit, Gareth McGeown praised Rodriguez for his leadership and commercial focus, saying: 'Orlando has made a significant contribution to CCEP in Australia. His leadership and commercial focus have helped position the business strongly for the future.'
