Centripetal Asks SCOTUS to Revive $2.6B Patent Case Against Cisco

Centripetal Networks LLC has asked the US Supreme Court to revive its $2.6 billion patent case against Cisco Systems Inc.

The company claims that a decision clearing Cisco of infringement was based on a new claim construction that a judge entered late in the case, without allowing Centripetal to respond.

Centripetal is seeking to have the lower court's decision overturned and for the Supreme Court to send the case back down for further review.
